What we collect
There is no account here: no sign-up, no email address and no profile, so we never ask you for anything that identifies you.
Like any website, our hosting records ordinary technical request logs (IP address, timestamp, the URL requested and your browser’s user-agent string) for security and diagnostics. We do not use them to build a profile of you. Advertising and analytics are covered in their own sections below.
Your gameplay stays on your device
Dominoes runs entirely in your browser. The whole game — the shuffle, the deal, the computer opponent’s moves, the scoring and the shareable result card — is computed on your own device. The game makes no network requests of its own: nothing about your tiles, moves, scores or results is ever sent to us or to anyone else, because there is no game server to send it to.
The only thing the game stores is your best win streak, kept in your browser’s local storage on this device alone. It never leaves your device and is lost if you clear your browser data. The result card you can share is drawn on your device from your own game; if you choose to share or download it, that action is yours — the image is not uploaded anywhere by us.
The only third-party network activity on this site comes from the advertising and analytics services described below, which are standard across our apps.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices. Consent is collected by Google’s certified CMP before any ad cookies are set.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate, non-identifying usage — things like how many people visit, which pages they reach and roughly where in the world they are — so we can understand what works and improve the game. We do not use it to identify you or to build an advertising profile.
To do this, Google Analytics may set the _ga cookie (governed by the analytics_storage consent signal) to distinguish one browser from another across a visit. Consent for this cookie is collected by Google’s certified CMP: for visitors in the EU, UK and other regions that require it, the CMP down-gates analytics_storage to denied until you agree, so no analytics cookie is set unless and until you consent. You can withdraw consent at any time through the CMP and clear the cookie in your browser.
